We are located at 115 Parkdale Ave S Hamilton, ON. The MomMe Clinic entrance is located at the back of the building. The door is at the end of the alley between the brown and grey building. Once you check in with the receptionist, head upstairs to our waiting room. Elevator access to the second floor is available.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Please bring your credit card, referral and insurance information if you plan on using our insurance billing services.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file for the full amount of the service.
Yes, we offer free parking! The clinic’s parking lot can be accessed from Parkdale Ave S. Reserved parking spots are marked near the clinic.
Yes. Can be uploaded on the JaneApp. An additional charge for us to file their insurance claim

Not at all. It simply means we won’t be able to do your billing directly for you. We will email you a statement, and you simply have to enter the details into your own insurance company’s claims system for reimbursement. If you require assistance with your claim process, we would be happy to help you with that.
