As a multidisciplinary allied health clinic we are dedicated to providing comprehensive care coordination to help you improve the health and wellness of both yourself and those you care about the most – your family.
We also provide specialty pediatric care services for medically complex children with special needs from newborn to age 21.
The MomMe Clinic owner’s have a wealth of experience in this area!
Tamara Youngberg has served as a midwife for the past 25 years and is the owner of Access Midwives. She has provided care for patients in Hamilton and surrounding areas and is excited to be able to meet the extended needs of women and children in the community through The MomMe Clinic. Tamara has long wanted to provide this experience for her midwifery clients and her own family. She specifically wanted to create a space where all are welcome and all feel seen and cared for. This desire was especially close to her heart as the Mom of a medically complex child with special needs who often “fell through the cracks” despite best efforts of many caring and well-meaning healthcare providers.
Sheila Don has been an Occupational Therapist for over 15 years. Sheila founded Innovative Occupational Therapy Services in 2015. Innovative Occupational Therapy Services is an award-winning rehabilitation company servicing clients nationwide. Her practice is dedicated to making a difference for individuals and families dealing with disabilities and serious health conditions.
Helen Leimonis is a teacher and occupational therapist. Helen has over fourteen years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist including experience with pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and older adults with orthopedic and musculoskeletal impairments, amputations, chronic pain, mental health conditions, neurological disorders, and acquired brain injuries in community settings.
